What restorations do you offer and how much do they cost?

How much time does it take to process a case?
 

 

We require 10 business days between when you ship to us and when you require the completed case to arrive back in your practice. For 6 or more units, and/or for cosmetic and complex cases, we require 15 business days from the day you ship to us.

How do I ship a case?
 
 

 

 

 

 

For your first shipment, please call us at 1-866-484-7920. Our Client Service Respresentative will assist you with setting up your account.

 

Magellan offers free shipping when you send us 3 or more units in one package. For shipments with fewer than 3 units, we charge a flat rate of $20.00 for round trip shipping with FedEx.

 

For other courriers, please call us for rates.

 

 

 

What is your warranty policy?

 

 

 

We offer a 5 Year Warranty for all Magellan permanent restorations from date of invoice and remakes or repairs of your case at no charge for same restoration. For more costly restorations, the difference will be invoiced.

 

Magellan's warranty does not cover the following:

 

-   Cash refund for prosthesis

-   Cost incurred for removal or reinsertion

-   Repair or replacement for cases which did not meet Magellan standards upon receipt of case.

    (ex. lab request for a new impression)

-   Implant and attachment components (warranties on these items are covered by the manufacturer).

-   Repair or replacement resulting from accident, neglect, abuse, failure of supportive tooth or tissue structures,          

    relines, improper adjustments or improper dental hygiene.

-  Night Guards are covered by a 1-year warranty against breakage

 

 

 

What are your payment policies and methods?
 

 

In order to keep our prices as low as possible, our payment policy requires one of the following:

 

A) your credit card information to be kept on file and we charge your credit card on the 15th of the following month. 

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Download Credit Card Authorization Form.

 

B) an agreed upon payment method and payment schedule.

 

If we are unable to process your credit card, we will advise you so that you can make alternate arrangements.

 

If we do not receive your payment by the 20th of the month, we begin charging interest from 

the 1st of that month at a rate of 1.5% per month on the overdue balance.

 

We reserve the right to request credit card payment prior to shipping for any accounts that 

have an overdue balance.
